This role includes verifying manually entered core data for accuracy and compliance with regulatory and documentation standards. Additional responsibilities include pre-reviewing and processing escrow analyses, as well as monitoring and managing incoming emails to a designated mailbox.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreates and maintains internal documents/procedures.Maintains internal email and tracking system for regulatory issues.Verifies data entered on the core system for accuracy to comply with departmental procedures and regulations.Reviews files for internal or regulatory exceptions.Provides support and training to Lending Operations.Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.Reviews and processes annual escrow analyses.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
