Asset Manager – Healthcare Management Company Located in Brick Township, NJ Salary: $110K - $130K; based on experience ***Must have nursing home background***   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree Must have experience in financial analysis / asset management experience in a hospice, home health, or long-term care setting Management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting Experience analyzing operations, identifying opportunities, and driving profitability Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-centered, results-driven environment. Ability to prioritize time between multiple projects with minimal supervision.   Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret monthly financials, including income, expenses, cash flow, and capital expenditures, to assess property performance against budget and benchmarks Work closely with operating partners to address operational challenges and recommend strategies to enhance net operating income and return on investment Develop and monitor long-term and short-term business plans to optimize performance Evaluate and enhance revenue management, marketing, and sales processes with operating partners Conduct review meetings with operating partners and summarize findings regularly Complete underwriting reviews for potential capital expenditures and renovation opportunities Conduct detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis for potential acquisition, disposition, and operator transition Prepare and present investment memos with recommendations for acquisitions, dispositions, and operator transitions for executive decision making   #7389
