About This Role 

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that nurture leads, drive conversions, and increase customer lifetime value for our B2B SaaS product. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the customer journey and collaborating closely with various teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts. 

What You Will Be Doing 


• Develop and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on email marketing. 


• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and reporting. 


• Collaborate with the demand generation team to create and execute campaigns targeting our B2B SaaS audience. 


• Work closely with the partnerships, sales, and digital marketing teams to align marketing efforts and achieve shared goals. 


• Coordinate with webinar, event, and field marketing teams to integrate lifecycle marketing strategies into broader initiatives. 


• Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement, providing regular reports on key metrics. 


• Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in lifecycle marketing. 

Skills & Qualifications: 


• 2-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a related field. 


• Proven experience with HubSpot, including email marketing automation and reporting. 


• Experience running demand generation campaigns for a B2B SaaS audience. 


• Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices. 


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. 


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
