Job DescriptionThe Preadmission Planner is a Registered Nurse (RN) who obtains medication and health history information from patients over the phone scheduled for surgery or a procedure. The RN has job responsibilities in care coordination, patient and family education, and ensuring the chart contains the necessary information and documentation. Examples include, but are not limited to: Surgical Unit, OR, Perianesthesia Unit or Ambulatory Surgery.Experience caring for pediatric patients preferred. Examples include, but are not limited to: Pediatric Unit, OR, Perianesthesia Unit, Urgent Care, and Emergency Department.Additional InformationAre you Munson Material?
