Director of Marketing (DOMA)Location: Montgomery, OhioPosition OverviewThe Director of Marketing and Admissions is responsible for managing the community inquiry and admission process while maintaining high occupancy and census levels. This role involves coordinating marketing initiatives, conducting tours, building referral relationships, and ensuring smooth transitions for new residents.Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from hospitals, families, and referral sources. Conduct tours and provide information about services, amenities, and admission procedures. Manage bed availability, admissions, and discharge coordination in collaboration with nursing and administrative teams. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, referrals, and census data. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and insurance providers. Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and community engagement. Chair marketing meetings, track outcomes, and monitor marketing budgets. Maintain a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay regulations. Participate in daily admissions meetings to forecast and coordinate upcoming admissions and discharges. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare sales, admissions, or marketing required. Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
