The Lab Audit Program Manager will lead a team responsible for conducting site audits of CBS (Customized Business Support) spaces, equipment, and infrastructure. The manager will oversee the capture and documentation of audit data in various systems (Smartsheet, Google Suite, AutoCAD and CAFM). This position also includes coordinating with internal teams and ensuring data accuracy for space, occupancy, and allocation.Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Lab Audit team responsible for conducting site audits. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.Audit Oversight: Oversee the site audit with design/layout of CBS spaces, equipment, and MEP infrastructure, including gathering and documenting data to ensure consistency, accuracy and completeness. ​​Data Management: Ensure accurate translation and capture of audit information in Smartsheet, Google Sheets, Google slides, Lab Infrastructure Database and AutoCAD.. Maintain data accuracy for space, occupancy, and allocation for all labs. Ensure all current AutoCAD drawings and CAFM systems are maintained.Provide Project Closeout and Lab Moves support as required.​Collaboration and Coordination:Establish and maintain relationships with other Labs teams.Collaborate and maintain effective working relationships with Lab Managers and partner team members such as Lab Occupancy Planning, Moves, Project Management, Engineering, IFM and REWS data management team.Oversee coordination with client representatives such as Lab Managers/POCs, WSMs, IFM and Security teams as required.​​Reporting and Tracking: Maintain and prioritize audit assignments. Log and maintain all activities in relevant trackers and other reporting tools as applicable.Provide regular updates to ensure data accuracy.Create monthly KPI reporting.​Infrastructure Assessment: Collaborate in the assessment and updates of lab infrastructure. Understand and capture MEP data and equipment in the space.​Quality Control: Ensure quality control of space usage and the delivery of post-audit documents for all audits​Qualification Requirements:BA/BS degree in Architectural, Interior Design, Facility Management, Project Management, or a related area.5-10 years of experience in Project management, Move management, Facility Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Data Analytics or other technical environments1-3 years of people and program management experience is preferred.Experience with Google Suite (Desirable), Smartsheet, AutoCAD, CAFM Strong organization with proven leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to perform duties under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Detail-oriented and thorough with the ability to prioritize tasks.Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service proactively with agility.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively.​Physical Requirements:Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of walking lab sites when required, and/or attending in-person meetings and training.Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type.Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.Estimated total compensation for this position:124,800.00 – 170,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
