Unarmed Security OfficerUnarmed Security Officer Location: Ruther Glen, VA (Caroline County)Pay Rate: $18/hourPositions: Full-Time & Part-TimeShifts Available: 6am–2pm | 2pm–10pm | 10pm–6amWe are seeking professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at a large, gated residential community in the Ruther Glen area. This is a patrol-focused position requiring strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and reliable performance. Officers will work in a community environment that values safety, consistency, and professionalism.Responsibilities:Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout the communityMonitor access points and enforce community rules and regulationsRespond to resident inquiries and security-related incidentsComplete detailed activity reports and documentationMaintain high visibility to deter unauthorized activityCommunicate effectively with supervisors, residents, and emergency personnelOperate company and/or personal vehicle for patrol duties (as required)Requirements:Valid DCJS Unarmed Security Registration (required)Valid Driver’s LicenseClean MVR and ability to pass a driving testAbility to pass a background checkOwn reliable vehicleStandard security uniform required (details provided upon hire)Prior security experience strongly preferred, especially in community, residential, or patrol settingsStrong customer service skills, professionalism, and reliabilityWhat We Offer:Competitive pay at $18 per hourStable scheduling with multiple shift optionsOpportunities for advancement and skill developmentSupportive management and team environmentIf you are a dependable, motivated security professional looking to work in a calm and community-oriented setting, we encourage you to apply.St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.VA #11-1640
