We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Agent Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands-on experience in agency operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing into agency ownership. In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.RequirementEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.ExperiencePrevious experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Personal AttributesSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.LicensingMust possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
