You will:Prepare and portion ingredients following company recipes and standardsWash, peel, chop, and label ingredients according to prep listsMaintain a clean and organized prep stationSafely operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and ovensFollow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety proceduresAssist cooks and chefs during service as neededSupport daily cleaning and closing duties in the kitchenWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious kitchen or prep experience preferred, but we’re willing to trainStrong knife skills and comfort with kitchen equipment a plusAttention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistentlyPositive attitude and willingness to be a team playerAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 poundsAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
