As a MotorClothes Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding the perfect riding gear, apparel, and accessories while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and building relationships with customers.
Guide customers in selecting the right riding gear, casual apparel, helmets, gloves, and other merchandise.
Stay knowledgeable about Harley-Davidson brand products, trends, and safety gear to make recommendations.
Maintain the showroom, ensuring merchandise is organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
Assist in receiving, tagging, and restocking inventory.
Promote current sales, special promotions, and loyalty programs.
Support team members and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic computer and POS system skills.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods.
