Production Worker

Bonduelle Americas - Position Summary:We’re looking for hardworking, reliable Team Members to join our production team This is an entry-level role where you'll help prepare, pack, and inspect our fresh food products. As a valued member of our company, you will work in a mission-driven environment aimed at preserving the planet’s resources while providing healthy plant-based products to millions of consumers around the world.Key Responsibilities:Work on the production line doing tasks like:Packing salad bowlsAdding condimentsLabeling boxesStacking and organizing finished productsInspecting items for qualityFollow food safety and cleanliness rules (GMPs, HACCP, PPE, etc.)Use tools properly and safely (e.g., scoops, box labelers, taping machine)Work around moving machines and conveyor belts in a cold and wet environment (around 34°F)Keep your work area clean and organizedNotify the quality team if anything seems off with the productLearn and help with different tasks as needed (we’ll train you)Follow health, safety, and company procedures at all timesMinimum Qualifications:No experience needed – we provide trainingAble to read, write, and speak English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole or HindiComfortable doing repetitive tasks and working on your feetWilling to work in a cold, wet, and fast-paced environmentAble to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularlyHigh school diploma or GED preferredPhysical Requirements:Stand for long periods of timeWalk, bend, stoop, kneel, or climb stairs/ladders as neededWork around loud equipment and moving partsWork in cold temperatures (about 34°F) and sometimes outdoorsPhysical Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, this position entails use of ladders and catwalks to reach production equipment, regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to extreme cold for extended periods of time. The associate frequently works in high, precarious places. The associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.Compensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive starting rate of $16.00/hr, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
