If you have at least one year of experience operating Clamp Trucks and are looking for a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and precision, we want to meet youKey Responsibilities (Daily Tasks)Equipment Operation: Safely operate Electric Clamp Trucks to load, unload, and stack large materials.Inventory Management: Utilize RF Scanners to track product movement, consolidate materials, and ensure 100% inventory accuracy.Warehouse Logistics: Move and stage pallets and un-palletized goods throughout the facility.Safety Compliance: Maintain a strict "Safety First" mindset, including the proper use of PPE and adhering to equipment-safe zones.Productivity: Work independently to meet daily production and shipping goals.Available Shift Schedules1st Shift: Tuesday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Mon shift is 5 PM – 1:30 AM)Weekend Shift: Saturday – Monday | 4:00 AM – 5:00 PM Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: At least 1 year of experience with Clamp Trucks, Forklifts, or other specialized PIT equipment.Technical Skills: Proficiency with RF Scanners and basic warehouse management systems.Testing: Ability to pass an on-site practical PIT operations test (Driving Test).Physical/Safety: Must own fully-laced steel-toe boots and be able to pass a 7-year background check and a 4-panel drug screen.Education: High School Diploma or GED.Paid Training ProgramDay 1: Comprehensive classroom and safety orientation.Days 2–5: Hands-on equipment certification and cross-training in multiple departments.Don’t wait—skilled Clamp Truck operators are in high demand Click "Apply" now for a recruiter to reach outPeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
