Healthcare Nursing of Asheville - We are seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated RN with Long Term Care experience that has the desire and drive to be our Director of Nursing. Sign on Bonus $15,000 paid out over the 1st year The primary responsibility of the Director of Nursing is to direct the day to day operations of our facility. We are committed to provide the highest quality of care to those we are privileged to serve. As Director of Nursing you’ll be responsible for the leadership and management of the nursing department and partner with our Administrator to help drive the overall success of the facility. The Director of Nursing will include maintaining standards of care in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care as well as attracting, developing and retaining top talent and supervising and training team members.
