Senior Living of Kentucky - ABOUT THE ROLEA Leading Senior Living community in your area is now recruiting for a Full-Time Director of Sales.Director of Sales are a trusted resource for our prospective residents throughout the consultative discovery process. You will work collaboratively with your Executive Director to maintain census goals in the community with support by your Corporate teams. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Works with the Executive Director to maintain or exceed budgeted census goals.Has proven success in bringing in new families and advancing them to a move-in through the sales process by building relationships and trust and selling our value.Builds and cultivates a positive external referral network with health care communities, and physicians along with other key community partnerships.Uses and maintains the CRM with accurate documentation and follow up along with strategic use to increase census. Plans, organizes, and actively participates by planning and organizing marketing events, both internal and external, and provide valuable information to promote our organization.Collaborates with the Executive Director and Management teams, along with Corporate and Regional support.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree is preferredPreferred candidate will have a Minimum of 2 years of prior senior sales experienceAbility to use CRM software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel locally for community outreach and eventsPlease note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications listed above is an overview of the duties of this role.
