In this role, you will provide loads and dynamics expertise, and guidance to the T-7A engineering, manufacturing and development program. This position requires strong communication skills in addition to strong analytical problem solving skills and subject matter expertise in fixed-wing aircraft dynamics and loads. Communication with customers and program managers is expected as well as coaching and mentoring less experienced engineers, checking engineering analysis, and providing feedback. Experience with Flight test and flight test data processing strongly desired.This role resides within the Flight Engineering Capability in the Air Dominance division of Boeing Defense, Space & Security. Flight Engineering is responsible for performing engineering across a large portfolio of products and development programs.
