As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution setting.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any security-related concerns.Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards, communicating findings to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required by site-specific policies.Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations, following established protocols and providing guidance as needed.Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
