Free onsite parking Career growth and development Tuition Assistance Diverse and collaborative working environment Comprehensive and affordable benefits package Job Summary: The Pharmacy Technician III - Infusion, performs both baseline duties (including those of a Pharmacy Technician II) as well as specialized technician duties as determined by departmental leadership. Able to train new pharmacy technicians. Competent to staff in at least two specialized areas/locations as determined by departmental leadership. Qualifications: -High school diploma, certificate, or equivalent combination of work experience and education. -Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) required. -Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the District of Columbia Board of Pharmacy is required. -Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in applicable specialized institutional pharmacy areas areas as determined by departmental leadership. -Sterile Compounding experience is also required. Shift: Primarily day shift, rotating between 0630, 0730, 0800 and 0900 starts. There is also potential to rotate into 1330 start shift as well as provision of holiday and weekend coverage. Salary Range: Minimum 24.20/hour - Maximum 39.91/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
