If you thrive on assisting guests and ensuring their comfort, the Bell Person role might be for you If you're ready to be a crucial part of creating a memorable guest experience, apply today Responsible for greeting the guest with a warm and sincere welcome. Assisting with luggage and doing hotel room orientations. Valet guests’ vehicles and maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Assist guest with shuttle services. Being knowledgeable about hotel rooms, services and features and relaying information to guests. Delivers messages and runs errands. Picks up articles for laundry and valet service. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Qualifications To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements: Excellent customer service skills. Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions. Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
