We are seeking a part-time AP Clerk for a construction company in Anaheim, CA.   Schedule: Wed-Fri, 7am to 4pm + 1 hour lunch (HYBRID + potential to become full-time) Pay rate: $25 to $30 per hour Start Date: January 7th   Responsibilities: Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices for accounts payable (10 – 20 invoices daily) Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciliation Understand expense accounts and cost centers Understand compliance issues (W-9, sales tax etc.) Understand certified payroll by collecting reports for prevailing wage jobs Generate reports detailing accounts payable status Work with Project Manager to assure subcontracts are received and close out jobs are reconciled Manage company credit card receipts & payment to the bank, audits credit card statement Enter & track preliminary notices, supplier releases and lien releases as needed by Accounts Receivable for Client billing requirements Audits and verifies supporting documents needed File and store all supporting documentation Prepare ACH payments for import Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required   Qualifications: Ten key by touch required Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Procore, Spectrum, and Textura Construction experience preferred BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in accounting preferred excellent written and verbal communication   Submit your resume for immediate consideration
