You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.You will:Solve business and customer issues utilizing AI/MLBuild prototypes and scalable AI/ML solutions that will be integrated into software productsCollaborate with software engineers, business stakeholders and product owners in an Agile environmentHave complete ownership of model outcomes and drive continuous improvementTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements10+ years of experience in a related role or equivalent skill/education; must include deep knowledge of data science principles.Strong coding skills in Python and SQL and machine Learning knowledge (Deep learning, NLP, Classification, Forecasting, Regression, GenAI etc. on large datasets) with experience in ML model deployment Ability to work with internal stakeholders to transfer business questions into quantitative problem statementsAbility to effectively communicate data science progress to non-technical internal stakeholders and ability to lead a team of data scientists is a plusDesirable RequirementsMaster’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline.Ability to act as a coach to the team and strong product/technology/industry knowledgeCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
