Sales Consultant Full-time Job Summary Lynch is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect car to suit their needs.You will be the first point of contact for customers and will work closely with them to understand their requirements and provide expert advice. Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, ask probing questions to understand their requirements. Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features. Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and products to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach. Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
