We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 1 - 3 years of Personal Injury litigation experience to join our growing team. This role will focus on the early stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and case preparation. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in plaintiff-side personal injury law, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy caseload.IDEAL CANDIDATE: Draft and respond to discovery (interrogatories, requests for production/admission, etc.) Prepare and argue motions (e.g., motions to compel, motions for protective orders) Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Assist in preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence Maintain detailed case files and manage litigation deadlines REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Minimum 1-3 years of litigation experience, ideally in Personal Injury or Civil Litigation Experience with discovery and depositions preferred Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 Plus Attorney Fee Structure 401k Matching PTO, Holiday Pay Disability, Life, Vision, Dental, Medical LOCATION: Glendale, CA Near the "Glendale Galleria" ***Please note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
