Job DetailsGoodwin seeks a highly qualified senior-level litigation associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of post-clerkship litigation practice, including with all major phases of appellate litigation. Experience with appellate matters dealing with intellectual property, particularly patent litigation, and some private-sector experience is preferred.Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, one or more appellate/Supreme Court clerkships, appellate litigating experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
