Overview Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Supervisor, located in Fremont, CA. Reporting to the Sr. Manufacturing Manager, the Manufacturing Supervisor will manage shift operations, coordinate workflows, review production requirements, and ensure production goals are met.Specific Job Duties: Supervise a shift of workers building subassemblies and unitsCommunicate with lead workers, planners and others as necessary to review status of jobs and prioritiesFacilitate a smooth transition of work and products between shifts and among work groupsReview product prints, material lists, bill of materials and such to determine production methods and identify needs and requirementsAnticipate, follows up and resolves problems, material shortages and equipment repairsEstimate personnel needs and assign work to meet objectivesRead and follow blueprint specificationsKnowledge of welding consumables tools, and equipmentManage staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and improve staffPosition Requirements: 3-4 years manufacturing or related work experience. Semi-conductor industry a plusB.S. or equivalent work experience, or any combination of education and experiencePrevious supervisory experienceThorough familiarity with related manufacturing operationsKnowledge of the company’s policies, practices and procedures with the ability to work within parametersGood time management, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to exercise discretion and independent judgmentGood people skills with the ability to evaluate, coach, and motivate employeesGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to sit, stand, walk, and bend, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.For candidates based in California:  The pay range for this position is $97,000 - $164,900 per year. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific range for your location during the hiring process.
