Through digitalization and electrification, we strive to develop drive and power generation solutions that provide answers to the challenges posed by the rapidly growing societal demands for energy and mobility.We deliver and service comprehensive, powerful and reliable systems, based on both gas and diesel engines, as well as electrified hybrid systems. These technologically advanced solutions serve our customers in the marine and infrastructure sectors worldwide.What you’ll be doing:Reviewing and processing MRP based delivery schedules for suppliersCommunicating with suppliers on deliveries and keeping management up-to-date on any supplier delivery issuesParticipating in the Networking Capital project team helping to optimize inventory levelsParticipating in the RIM project to improve availability of parts at point of saleKeeping management informed on current workload, issues and future assignmentsAdhering to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behaviorAdhering to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentialityMaintaining professional relationships with company employees, clients and customers, both internally and externallyRepresenting the company professionally in all interactions both internally and externallyWho we’re looking for:Good oral and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with othersGood organizational, planning and follow-up skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeOur behaviors drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.Relevant majors: Attending an accredited college/ university and will be continuing your education after the internship.
