We will rely on your expert knowledge and technical skills to identify repair and replacement needs. By keeping others safe, your actions have meaningful impact.    Responsibilities include:Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systemsMonitor HVAC systems and operations and ensure that routine preventive maintenance performs according to established schedules and standardsRespond to hot and cold calls, then troubleshoot and resolve issuesCheck, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes, and other functional components of the systemAttends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularityOther duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.What You Bring:Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.1 or more years of related work experience. Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done.
