Part-Time Event Specialist - Launch EntertainmentLaunch Entertainment is seeking a Part-Time Event Specialist to support birthday parties and group events. This hybrid role includes both work-from-home tasks and in-person event support; however, training will be 100% in-person, so candidates should be flexible and able to attend on-site training as scheduled.In this role, you'll work closely with the Event Coordinator, assist guests throughout their celebrations, and help ensure events run smoothly. The position averages 20-30 hours per week with weekend and evening availability required.We're looking for someone who's proactive, organized, and confident in providing excellent customer service.What You'll DoConfirm, book and plan parties and events.Greet and check in party groups and their guestsSupport the setup and flow of birthday parties and eventsKeep activities on schedule and maintain a positive atmosphereShare information about available food, beverage, and add-on optionsMaintain clean and organized party roomsDeliver food and supplies from Krave as neededRecord event details and communicate updates with the teamRespond to guest questions or concerns in a helpful, timely mannerWhat We're Looking ForMinimum age: 18Customer service or event experience is helpful but not requiredComfortable interacting with guests of all agesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsFlexible: Availability on weekends, evenings, and some holidaysWhy Work With UsA fun, fast-paced environmentOpportunities to build skills in events and hospitalityA team-focused atmosphere where guests' experiences come firstIf this sounds like a good fit, we'd be glad to receive your application.
