Job Description Pay Range: Level I – 0-5 years: $45, - $60, Level II - 5+ years: $60, - $80,; Level III - 10+ years: $80,000 - $122, Primary Office Address: Thermosystems, LLC, 960 N Industrial Dr. Unit 1, Elmhurst, IL 60126 Scope of Work: As an HVAC Controls Technician you are responsible for providing onsite Building Automated System (BAS) commissioning and support to our highly regarded clientele of building owners, operators, and real estate managers. Responsibilities: Coordination with the Team Leader to understand the project vision including scope and timeframe Programming DDC controllers Network Integration Point-to-Point Start-up & Verification Sequence of Operations Verification Integrated controller (equipment) start-up & Verification Graphics Verification Documentation/Reporting of Field Verification and Testing Owner Training & Operational Demonstration Presentation Hardware & Software Troubleshooting All other duties assigned Qualifications + Knowledge Skills & Abilities: BS., Associate Degree, Vocational Technical Certificate, or equivalent relevant industry experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions that exceed client needs and expectations Excellent people skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals at all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and heights Working knowledge using Microsoft 365 suite + Visio + Bluebeam + AutoCAD + Niagara + Reflow Personal/Character: Thermosystems is looking for individuals who are honest, hardworking, driven, meticulous with a growth mindset Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance Short- & Long-Term Disability 401(k) Profit Sharing Flex Spending & Health Savings Accounts Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Sick/Safe Time, & Parental Leave Factory certified training from various vendors ( KMC Controls, Tridium, etc.) Company provided and fitted trucks, laptops, basic tools Work Environment: Thermosystems LLC offices are in Elmhurst or Romeoville, IL.
