In fact, it’s our company vision.  We spend our days talking to seniors about how they can make the most of their retirement, and help them secure a lifestyle that supports their very best life.   If you like building relationships and making a difference, then you might like working with us    We are hiring a Custom Interiors Coordinator for our brand-new community in Bethesda, Maryland.  In this role, you will be responsible for marketing, selling, ordering, coordinating, inspecting, and accounting for the installation of custom finishes and products in our future residents’ apartments, What we offer PTO, volunteer hours, and competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchA culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and valuesA "career for life" approach to professional and personal development for our greatest asset - our team membersGrowth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing onesState of the art community campuses, ongoing expansion plans, and design enhancements to ensure Erickson Senior Living continues to set the standard for senior living excellence.Free onsite parking at all of our communities and corporate officesCompensation:  Commensurate with experience starting at $60,000 / annually.  How you will make an impact Coordinate each phase of custom service projects, to include: initial marketing efforts, invoicing, final implementation and quality assurance.Market custom services finishes and products to both future and existing residents and assist in the selection of custom finishes and products.Provide pricing, process and product specification information to residents.Process custom services work orders, issue purchase orders to contractors, and schedule the work to be performed. Log all custom service checks received, forward invoices for payment, and prepare monthly reports of completed projects. Ensure that residents are provided with quality custom services that are priced fairly and delivered on time, meeting or exceeding residents’ expectations.Follow up with residents, at the completion of services, to ensure their satisfaction (phone calls, surveys).What you will need  Minimum 1 year of broad customer service experience within a Maintenance or General Services department.A passion for serving seniors.Project planning skills, proficiency with Excel and basic knowledge of accounting principlesMaintenance trouble-shooting and coordination is a plusHigh school diploma or GED requiredErickson Senior Living, its affiliates, and managed communities are Equal Opportunity Employers and are committed to providing a workplace free of unlawful discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, marital status, veteran status, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information or any other category protected by federal, state or local law.
