The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial principles, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex data. The candidate will be responsible for building and developing the models, tools and mechanisms necessary to address business opportunities, drive automation, improve internal controls, and earn trust across practices and functions.What You Will Do:Maintain and enhance expense forecasting and analyze and monitor non-compensation expense trends, identifying key drivers of variance and recommending cost control strategies to business partners. Provide comprehensive and detailed financial analysis pertaining to the company's performance.Develop effective, efficient and accurate reporting methodology for performing actual vs. plan, forecast, and prior year variance analysis at various levels.
