This leadership role involves sales, team development, and customer service responsibilities. The Assistant Center Director fosters a collaborative learning environment, supports staff growth, and works directly with students when needed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Center Operations & Administration: - Manage daily operations and ensure administrative tasks are completed. - Oversee student progress tracking, curriculum updates, and binder preparation. - Assist with center cleanliness, organization, and supply management. 2. Sales & Customer Engagement: - Respond promptly to leads and schedule consultations. - Conduct enrollment conversations with prospective clients. - Build lasting relationships with parents, addressing inquiries and concerns. 3. Leadership & Staff Development: - Assist with hiring, training, and coaching instructional staff. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing development. - Lead staff meetings and ensure a positive, supportive work environment. 4. Student Learning & Instruction: - Provide high-quality math instruction using the Mathnasium Method™. - Administer assessments and create personalized learning plans. - Manage the learning environment and ensure student engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: - **Leadership & Management:** Ability to lead by example and manage a diverse team. - **Sales & Customer Service:** Confident in conducting sales conversations and building relationships. - **Educational & Instructional Expertise:** Strong math skills up to Algebra II (higher-level math preferred). - **Organizational & Administrative Skills:** Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
