You will manage the expo line and ensure that food orders are prepared in the correct priority and that they is an efficient flow coming from your fellow Squad members to the kitchen.Assist in the final preparation of dishes before delivery by checking for accuracy, presentation and temperatureFinal preparation of plating and garnishing of dishesAssist fellow Squad members in quick delivery of prepared foodEliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines, or dishwashingInspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in cleaningTransfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff (e.g., when a customer has a particular request)Handle complaints from clients to preserve the restaurant's reputationSupport other tasks as needed (e.g., telephone orders)Perform other duties as assigned by upper managementWho We AreAt Hash Kitchen, breakfast classics are remixed and reimagined We are a buzzy brunchery with Instagrammable, creative daytime dishes and an exceptional, interactive build-your-own bloody Mary bar. Guests get to customize their cocktail from start to finish with house made bloody Mary mixes, house-infused spirits, and over 50 craft toppings. Our innovative concept combines chef-driven food and an elevated cocktail program with a next-level atmosphere. Complete with social-media-worthy wall art and rotating guest DJ's and turntables on the weekends.
