Pre-Treat Process Technician

What you will do: As a Pre-Treat Process Technician, you will be responsible for our Paint Pre-treatment and Wastewater process. This includes neutralizing mixed acids coming from our manufacturing process for discharge permits. You will gain experience working on ultra-pure water generation equipment to include pre-treatment equipment, reverse osmosis, supply ultra-pure water for our manufacturing processes. You will also gain experience on recovering and recycling process waste using multimedia and carbon filters along with reverse osmosis systems to help us meet our sustainability goals. What you have: Prior pre-treat experience Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods Ability to perform repetitive operations Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Top candidates will also have: Knowledge or experience working with water system, wastewater, manufacturing or mechanical equipment Knowledge or experience in the following areas: plumbing, pump repair, plant operations or maintenance Perform calibrations and validations of sensors including pH and conductivity meters Data collection and analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
