What does River City Casino & Hotel have to offer? Day 1 medical, dental, & vision benefitsUber benefit for nearby metro stops.Recognition programs with cash rewards, gift cards, & more.Tuition Reimbursement, Lindenwood University Discounts, & Diversity Scholarship for Team Member’s children.As a Late Night Cashier, you will:Shift: Hours vary between 3:00pm to 2:30am | Pay: $14.00 per hour + tips (Avg. $20 in hourly wage + tips)*average is based on hourly and tip wage combined Determines guest needs and suggests products to enhance service and meet sales goals.Assists guests in their menu selections and packages guest orders according to established recipes and outlet standards.Operates electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions; transports monies to and from the main Credit cage.Responsible for completing all day-to-day activities in work areas to maintain service, product quality, and cashiering responsibilities in a sanitary, safe, and effective manner.Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.Previous cash handling experience a plus.Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to operate a .
