This position will partner with leaders across Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management. What You’ll Do • Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization• Work on big problems from critical organizational and people issues to identifying and developing our key leadership talent to culture and change management.• Lead Employee Experience for the teams your support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business• Be a leader throughout Adobe - speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary• Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo What You Need to Succeed • 8+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience • Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization • Understand our business and how what you will do will help us accelerate Adobe's growth • Creativity in your DNA - this is Adobe after all. The pay range for this position is $137,800 -- $257,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
