Job Description: Provides leadership and management oversight to the cybersecurity work center. Ensures consistent and professional delivery of quality services and timely responses to requests for services and support.Leads audits of computer systems to ensure secure operations and data protection from both internal and external attack.Leads the design and recommendations of security policies and procedures to implement; ensures compliance to policies and procedures.Oversees the assessment of assigned system to determine system security status.Evaluates highly complex security systems according to industry best practices to safeguard internal information systems and databases.Makes recommendations for preventive measures as necessary.Oversees the design of training materials for computer security education and awareness programs.Oversees the reviews security requirements and subsequently reviews complex systems to determine if they have been designed and established to comply with established standards.Leads investigations of security violations and breaches and recommends solutions; prepares reports on intrusions as necessary and provides analysis summary to management.Responds to more complex queries and request for computer security information and reports from both internal and external customers.Provides technical consultation on highly complex tasks; may assist and/or provide limited direction to lower-level technical personnel.Conducts cost analyses to determine feasibility of new products for clients.Ensures all report documents are complete showing measurements of effectiveness, cost savings and team performance.Trains, mentors and motivates staff to meet individual, team and contractual obligations and thresholds while ensuring individual career growth and development.Establishes team goals and strategy to evolve the team towards best in class/industry standards from a performance and customer satisfaction standpoint.Collaborates with strategic industry partners to evaluate new products/capabilities.Prepares reports and/or makes recommendations regarding new technology to senior leadership.Provides product recommendations of security packages to customers; reviews vendor products and makes recommendations as appropriate.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: Bachelor's DegreeRequired Experience: 7 years of related IT experienceRequired Certification: CISSP CertificationSecurity Clearance Level: TS/SCILocation: Omaha, NEGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:401K with company matchComprehensive health and wellness packagesInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your careerProfessional growth opportunities including paid education and certificationsCutting-edge technology you can learn fromRest and recharge with paid vacation and holiday#SCITLSThe likely salary range for this position is $140,899 - $235,310. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
