Full-time Job Announcement Position: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Maternal/Child Instructor (9-month position) Location: Athens Campus Department: Division of Life Sciences & Public Safety Reports to: Program Chair for the Associate of Science in Nursing Program and Divisional Academic Dean Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with education and experience. State of Georgia benefits package. Deadline to Apply: January13, 2025, at 4:00pm. Responsibilities: Teach in simulation and laboratory settings. Clinical and classroom instruction. Curriculum implementation and evaluation. Work with regulators to maintain full accreditation. Perform other work duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Masters of Science in Nursing with experience in maternal/child nursing education. Current and valid Georgia Registered Professional Nursing License. Current BLS certification for healthcare providers. Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years teaching experience and clinical practice in the field of maternal/child nursing. Experience with simulation and technology.
