You reach out to current and potential clients to forge positive working relationships and to sell our HVAC maintenance, repair, and retrofitting services. Whether you're making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, or visiting people door to door, you always remain upbeat, friendly, and professional.You set appointments with facility managers and meet with them to discuss our services. Using your HVAC knowledge, you thoroughly explain why our company is the best fit for the client's needs. As you bring new clients aboard, you serve as their account manager and personally ensure their continued satisfaction. You are highly motivated to meet and exceed your goals, resulting in an increase in business and an increase in your paycheck. You enjoy that every day is different, and you find satisfaction in helping both our clients and our company WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A COMMERCIAL HVAC OUTSIDE SALES REP2+ years of experience in the HVAC industryOutside sales experienceProficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programsMust be able to climb up and down ladders onto roofs for commercial facilitiesMust be able to climb up and down ladders for residential sales as needed to support the residential divisionModerate lifting may be required (15-20) poundsHigh-heat work environmentA bachelor's degree would be preferred but isn't required.
