Overview The Cooper Voorhees Surgery Center (VSC) is a hospital-run outpatient surgical center that follows the same clinical standards as Cooper’s main surgical facilities in Camden. As a non-24/7 center, all patients return home after their procedures, with any complications routed to Cooper in Camden or the nearest appropriate facility. VSC manages its own pre-admission screening and guides patients through registration, pre-op preparation, anesthesia and surgical care, and recovery in PACU before discharge. This streamlined, patient-focused environment supports high-quality same-day surgical care. Experience Required OR experience required3-5 years of experience in a Perioperative Leadership role required Education Requirements Bachelors required; Masters preferred License/Certification Requirements Required: Current licensure as a RN in the state of New JerseyRequired: BLSPreferred: Certification within specialty area (CCRN, CMSRN, CNOR, CEN, PCCN, CNML, NE-BC…) Special Requirements Scheduled Days / Hours: 24/7 accountability Salary Min ($) USD $48.08 Salary Max ($) USD $83.00 The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the range of pay for this position, which falls within the provided pay grade range.
