Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, helping to build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in enterprise SaaS sales within a specialist, high-value market.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively research, identify, and engage target accounts within assigned territories or market segmentsGenerate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns)Respond to inbound leads and assess fit, urgency, and buying intentConduct discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges related to law firms and in house legal teams within corporations. Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and schedule meetings for Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g. Salesforce)Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and target accountsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targetsContinuously develop knowledge of our products, value proposition, and the legal technology marketRequired Skills & ExperienceEntry level or 1+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (legal and innovation leaders)Comfortable with outbound prospecting and consultative discovery conversationsHighly organised with strong time-management skillsResilient, coachable, and motivated by achieving targetsExperience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and sales engagement toolsNice to HaveExperience selling into legal or professional services marketsFamiliarity with enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales cyclesExposure to account-based selling (ABM)Interest in legal technologyWhat we OfferCompetitive base salary with uncapped commissionClear career progression into Account Executive or other commercial rolesComprehensive onboarding and ongoing sales trainingOpportunity to work with a market-leading product in a specialist domainCollaborative, inclusive, and high-performing sales cultureBenefits package
