If you’re ready to represent a great brand, uplift people every day through the great sport of pickleball, and work hard and play hard, come join our team.Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as the Club Coordinator for The Picklr Centereach. Duties include but are not limited to:Be a leader and key representative of The Picklr and Arete Sports Group brands and everything the brands stand for with the community.Responsible for the overall revenue optimization and financial performance of the club.Overall responsibility for driving new member sales and member retention.Overall responsibility for financial performance of the pro-shop.Overall responsibility for secondary revenue programming such as private events, tournaments, fundraising events, etc.Contribute to sponsorship sales efforts for the club. The overall success of the club, its team members, instructors and ambassadors, the business and the financial performance of the club. Assist in managing the staff to include hiring, training, supervision/managing, scheduling, code of conduct, etc. responsibilities. Serve as the primary lead in the operational responsibility for the Club operations, including contributing to driving membership sales and the member experience. This includes the overall appearance, maintenance, and quality of the facility as well as compliance with Picklr policies and standards.Serve as the primary lead with the clubs’ pickleball operations – programming, scheduling, tournaments, leagues, clinics, etc. with assistance from the Manager of Business and Club Operations.Serve as the day-to-day operational contact with the landlords.Contracting and managing the supporting staff/vendors – pro shop, café, cleaning, service contracts (fire, elevator, sanitation, pest control, etc.)Would You be a Great Club Coordinator?To thrive in this position, you'll need to be a strong communicator, a motivated salesperson, and an inspiring team leader. You should insist on high standards for yourself, the club and its team members. You will understand that ultimately we are in the hospitality business and driving member acquisition, member engagement and member retention are fundamental and paramount to our operations and ultimate success. You will be highly organized, insist on attention to detail, a sense of urgency, be operationally savvy, and eager to identify and solve problems as they arise. Managing multiple priorities-from staffing and scheduling to events and programming-should feel exciting, not overwhelming.You'll also need experience with the following:Sales and performance-driven leadership; team management, including hiring, training, and holding team members accountable; operations, scheduling, and customer service; inventory and product ordering; event planning and local outreach; conflict resolution; facility presentation upkeep; and maintaining a clean, fun, and welcoming club culture.Compensation: Compensation will be consistent with Picklr standards, the role, and the candidate’s level of experience. E04JI802qhfi407pja9
