You will have overall insight into key metrics across projects, you will execute productivity analysis, collaborate with client field teams and so much more. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for execution of electrical scopes across a project, including planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of all electrical personnelManpower forecasting and productivity planning for assigned scopes of workCoordinates work with client representatives and communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installationsConducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelinesCompiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, timesheets, manpower forecasts, testing logs, and project closeout documentsEnsures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standardsConsistently completes projects on schedule and within budget Position Requirements:At least six (6) years' experience in the electrical industry, commercial retail preferred. Possess an active State Electrical license Must have ability to run medium-size projects (4-10 electricians)Strong working knowledge of applicable building codesMust possess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 annual compensationThis is based on experience, electrical license, etc. This includes vehicle allowance, paid housing fuel card, per diem and a best-in-class bonus program.
