You will be responsible for follow up calls behind installs to schedule Quality assurance checks.Primary responsibility to research same day calls and call 3 days out to ensure calls are assigned and routed to drive revenue, achieve monthly goals for technician Lead conversion, ASAP membership sales and reduce go backs.
