Our team members bring our mission to life every day, serving with empathy, excellence, and innovation.We are currently seeking a Counselor/Clinical Therapist to provide trauma-informed mental health services to you in residential and group home settings.What you'll do as a Counselor/Clinical Therapist at Genacross: Provide individual, group, and day treatment mental health services to youth within your assigned caseloadUtilize trauma-informed, evidence-based practices in alignment with SAMHSA principlesComplete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Ohio Medicaid and federal billing standards to meet productivity standardsParticipate in case reviews, staff meetings, and clinical supervision as requestedProvide interim progress reports and clinical assessments to support treatment planningCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client transitions and continuity of careDeliver CPST services and complete diagnostic assessments as neededMaintain professional licensure and complete all required training courses per Genacross and OMHAS standardsWhat We're Looking For - Counselor/Clinical Qualifications: Active LSW, LPC, LISW or LPCC license in the State of OhioStrong clinical judgment, rapport-building skills, and therapeutic presenceAbility to implement short-term cognitive and trauma-informed interventionsProficiency in clinical documentation and treatment planningDemonstrated ability to improve client functioning within an assigned caseloadCompletion of a Trauma-Focused, Evidence-Based Training program approved or recognized by the organizationWhy Join Genacross?At Genacross, we are committed to supporting our team members just as they support those we serve.Comprehensive Benefits Include:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance401(k) with 4% employer contributionShort-term disabilityGenerous paid time off (PTO)Health Savings Account (HSA)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition reimbursementEmployee discountsJoin Genacross Make a meaningful impact while building a rewarding career.
