Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Location: Hamilton Township, NJ Position Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: $120,000 – $130,000 per yearJob SummaryA growing behavioral health organization is looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join its remote outpatient team. You will provide scheduled video sessions, support clients through complex family and relationship issues, and use evidence-based interventions to help clients make steady progress toward their goals.ResponsibilitiesDeliver scheduled video sessions for adults, couples, and families.Assess presenting concerns, risk factors, and support systems.Develop and update treatment plans that are specific, realistic, and time-bound.Enter progress notes and required documentation promptly in the EHR.Use interventions such as CBT, solution-focused approaches, and family systems techniques.Provide referrals or coordinate care when additional services are needed.Maintain compliance with state laws, licensing board rules, and organizational policies.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.Current LMFT license in New Jersey (required).Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.Strong skills in communication, documentation, and treatment planning.BenefitsAnnual salary: $115,000–$120,000.Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Health Insurance.2 weeks PTO.401K Plan with 3% Company Match.How to Move ForwardIf this sounds like the kind of clinical work you want to be doing next, send your resume and a brief overview of your experience with couples and family therapy to start the conversation.
