APPLY TODAY - Printing Production Associate About the RolePeopleShare is seeking a detail-oriented Printing Production Associate to provide on-site support for our client, Staples Retail, at one of their Hub Store locations in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you’ll assist with print production operations, including preparing and finishing large print jobs, operating high-end digital printing equipment, and ensuring daily production runs smoothly and efficiently. Printing Production Associate Job Details:Location: Cleveland, OH 44111Pay: $16.00/hr.Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)Benefits: Full-time, Medical Benefits, 401(k), Weekly PayPrinting Production Associate Key ResponsibilitiesOperate high-volume digital printing and copying equipmentAssist with job finishing, including cutting, binding, drilling, and packagingPrepare and troubleshoot various file formats for print-ready statusEnsure all work meets job ticket specifications and customer quality expectationsMaintain logs of production projects and update dailyFollow production workflow to maximize machine productivityPackage finished products for shipping and may serve as a backup driverMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport occasional adjustments to production schedules and special projectsPrinting Production Associate QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred (not required)Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite preferredAbility to stand for extended periods and perform moderate physical activityExperience in a print environment is a plus but training is availableThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, fast-paced work and takes pride in delivering high-quality print production on timePeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
