Benchmark Electrical Solutions is a trusted electrical contractor serving a wide range of industries with a strong emphasis on commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects. We are growing and seeking an experienced, licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our team and help drive continued success.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with hands-on experience in governmental, hospital, commercial and industrial electrical installations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of NEC code, the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship. This is a travel-based role requiring travel to job sites across the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain various electrical systems and components, including control panels, switchboards, junction boxes, and switches.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using wiring diagrams and technical schematicsReplace fuses and breakers in both high- and low-voltage circuitsRepair and maintain motors and generatorsConnect and disconnect electrically powered machinery and equipmentMentor apprentices by promoting quality workmanship and safety practicesWork effectively in all weather conditions and environmentsQualificationsOklahoma Journeyman Electrician License (Required)Strong work ethic and safety-first mindsetExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamReliable transportation and willingness to travel to remote job sitesDependable, punctual, and professional at all timesTeam-oriented and adaptable to changing prioritiesHospital Expereince preferredTechnical or trade school degree preferredPhysical Requirements & Working ConditionsClimb ladders, stairs, and scaffoldingLift and carry up to 60 lbsApply pushing or pulling force over 100 lbsWork in high or confined spacesPerform duties in various outdoor conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.)Wear employer-provided personal protective equipment (PPE)Occasional overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be requiredWhy Join Benchmark Electrical Solutions?Competitive pay with consistent opportunities for overtimeVariety of challenging and meaningful projects across different industriesSupportive and respectful team cultureGrowth potential and advancement opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageA workplace that values integrity, quality, and professionalismAdditional Requirements:Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check, physical demands analysis, and a pre-employment drug screen.
