Work at our facility is fun NOW HIRING: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse SHIFTS: 7A-7P Full Time 7A-7P Part Time (Wed, Thurs, every Sat) Why work for us as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)? Shift differentials Flexible scheduling to meet your needs 8 and 12-hour shifts available Health, dental and vision insurance Next day pay PTO Weekly FUN days NOW HIRING: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse: Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to meet resident needs. Continuously evaluate the quality of care provided to residents and make necessary adjustments. Administer oral medications, subcutaneous, intramuscular injections, and intravenous medications accurately. Monitor residents for side effects of medications and promptly report any problems or symptoms to the Nurse Manager or Supervisor. Provide supervision and guidance to nurse aides to ensure resident care is delivered effectively and according to standards. Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid LPN certification in PA 2+ years experience in LTC/SNF setting
