If you have a strong background in skilled nursing and geriatric care—and you’re passionate about leading, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff—this is the perfect opportunity for you. This position works Monday through Friday, with a rotating weekend on-call. We are committed to delivering the highest quality of care in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.
