This role is ideal for a recent college graduate interested in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition.POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:Schedule: 5-day workweek – Monday through Friday, 8-hour shiftsWork Environment: Culture forward, team-oriented, safety-first, free coffee, nice lunchroomResponsibilitiesSource candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS toolsConduct initial phone screens and candidate outreachSchedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managersSupport onboarding and new hire paperworkMaintain employee and candidate recordsProvide day-to-day HR support to employeesAssist the HR Manager with administrative tasksQualifications)Strong communication and organizational skillsInterest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisitionProficient with Microsoft Office and online systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsInternship or coursework in HR or recruitingExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Customer service or phone-based experienceSome key advantages of working at Lakeside include: a wonderful culture, career opportunities in diverse areas, a highly competitive benefits package, including a generous 401(K) plan, profit sharing, attendance, anniversary and holiday bonus, generous paid time off, and an educational assistance program offering up to $5250.00 a year.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
